If something goes wrong with your file, we fix it
If you run into a technical problem with your file, just write to us. We will sort it out and send you a working copy, and if we cannot get it working for you, we refund you in full.
That promise has no small print and no time pressure. A file that does not work is not something you paid for.
What we cannot refund
Because the sheet music reaches you instantly and stays with you, we are not able to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded and it works as it should.
